Kingston, Jamaica – In a significant show of support for education, Prime Minister Andrew Holness, accompanied by Minister Darryl Vaz, Minister of Science, Energy, and Technology, and Minister Fayval Williams, Minister of Education, Youth, and Information, visited Jamaica College to welcome students for the new academic year of 2024. Their visit highlighted the government’s ongoing commitment to advancing educational opportunities and fostering student development.

Prime Minister Andrew Holness addressed the students with encouragement and inspiration. “As you embark on this new school year, remember that you hold the keys to your future,” Prime Minister Holness said. “This is a time for learning, growth, and ambition.
