Trip to Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards
The Gore Family Foundation recently sponsored six Jamaica College students and two teachers who are a part of the school’s nutrition programme to attend the Jamaica Observer Table Talk Food Awards.
This was an extraordinary opportunity for these students to experience the world of fine dining and culinary excellence.
Throughout the evening, they had the privilege of interacting with and learning from world-renowned chefs, including Mathieu Masson-Duceppe, while sampling a variety of exceptional cuisines. The event broadened their appreciation for the culinary arts and exposed them to a level of excellence that many had never experienced before.
The students thoroughly enjoyed the evening, describing it as a “life changing experience,” that has left them inspired, more knowledgeable, and motivated to continue exploring the fields of nutrition and the culinary arts.
